We stayed at always and forever cabin. It was a absolutely amazing cabin. We got married Friday stayed Thursday thur Sunday night. We loved our cabin rental and had a mamma bear with 3 baby's visit on our last day that really made it special for us. We will be back again. There was no negative to summit cabin rentals customer service or the cabin. We just left and are already planning a return trip I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! Very well done summit cabin rentals!!!!!!!

Always and Forever is a beautiful spot within 30 mins of everything in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. It was spacious, comfortable with lots of natural light and beautiful view. We got to watch it snow from the hot tub. Come in and keep warm with the gas fireplace. We loved the pool table.

Everything was amazing!! The cabin was ready before the expected time, and everything was spotless and cozy. We love how easy it is checking in and having the keypad on the door, so we did not have to worry about a key. This was our second time visiting this cabin, and we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time and the cabin was very nice. My only advice would be to warn first timers about the steep, one lane road to get to the cabin and the very steep driveway. We rented a Jeep but I don’t see how a little car could get up/down the hill. We had a broken porch railing which I reported the first day along with wood shavings all over our bed when we would get back each day. I guess bugs were eating the wood in the ceiling. The railing & wood shavings are minor fixes and I would still recommend this cabin and Summit Cabin Rentals to anyone. We will definitely rent from them again

The customer service is exceptional, however I did find some disorganization in the emails. We originally booked in 2020 just before the pandemic hit. The cabin rental company was very generous with allowing us a year to use our gift certificate. They also went above and beyond with giving us the same cabin for a much lower rate because when we originally booked it was on a free night deal. However I had to contact the rental company a couple weeks before we left to resend us the confirmation information, including the new text code to get our free passes. There were some missing documents in the new email exchange, including the current check in and check out times. The cabin was average, nothing particularly spectacular. I don’t think the owner keeps up with repairs and updates like they should. There were raccoon feces and trash on one side of the hot tub, it was very apparent it had been there for quite some time. There was also an issue with the roof right above the bed. Every time wildlife ran acrossit sprinkled large amounts of dirt and debris onto the sheets. There Is quite a infestation of carpenter bees all over the cabin and it just rubs your relaxation on the porch. Many of them have even burrowed into the wood furniture. I also noticed a large amount of ants and even mentions of scorpions in the cabin. The sheets and comforters desperately need to be updated end it would be nice if the owners could include some extra towel rods, hangers in the closet, as well as a full length mirror. Despite the drawbacks of the owners not keeping up with the cabin, we did love the seclusion and felt it suited our needs for the week. I’m not sure if we’ll ever be back down in the area, but if we come back I’m sure we will find another cabin with the company.

The cabin was very clean and accommodating, however there were more bugs around then we would\'ve liked to see. We made sure to keep doors shut to keep them out, and we still found many large bugs. Other than that however, it was the perfect getaway from the city and loved our stay.

This was the PERFECT couple\'s getaway! Hot tub and bath tub are amazing; the location is great (feels very secluded but only 10 mins to shopping and dining); everything you need is there for a relaxing vacation. Very clean and easy checkin/out. Great discounts provided for local attractions. We got a great value on this place for a last-minute, week-day booking (I believe it was heavily discounted for the last-minute stay and our low-demand dates, so something to keep in mind). Would definitely stay again!! Thank you!!

The location of the cabin is fantastic and overall the cabin and cabin floors were clean. The loft bedroom was also very nice and large. Our son loved the pool table and sitting out on the balcony. The cabin was nice and private but still an easy drive to town for supplies or entertainment. The washer/dryer came in handy also and was in good condition. The location is the best feature of the cabin. The Sauna cover was a little dirty - you could tell it had not been used in a while - maybe because it is summer and still pretty warm. Also, there were a family of racoons living in a crawlspace (I assume)under the sauna. We saw them leaving and entering from a small door in side of the sauna so we did not use the sauna as I did not want to disturb \"mama racoon\". We got a last minute deal on the nightly rental fee on the cabin but had we paid the full list price I would have been disappointed with these two items that really should be addressed with the cabin: 1) The couch is very old and worn- it is faux leather which is coming off and it left faux leather specs on our clothing after sitting on it. We ended up placing blankets on the couch to sit on throughout our stay. In addition, the sofa bed was extremely dirty looking - so much that we did not even pull it out - we made up the couch with sheets and blankets and our 13-year old son slept on the couch. 2) The kitchen only had 2 forks, 2 spoons, etc.. It had limited dishware and cookware also. Since the cabin is advertised to sleep 4 people I would expect at least 4 pieces each of silverware and dishware. Really, you can buy inexpensive sets of both dishes and silverware at Wal-Mart for practically nothing. The toaster was broken - you had to hold it down in order for it to toast which was annoying. There was so few dishes that there was no need to use the dishwasher. The stove, fridge, and dishwasher are all newer stainless and appeared to be in good working order. Those are the two main items that kept us from rating the cabin 5 stars. Other missing convenience items were an iron, ironing board, and clothes hangers in the closet.

We absolutely loved this cabin! This was our first time staying in the Smoky Mountains and let me tell you it definitely will not be the last! From the cozy, quiet little cabin we stayed in to the fun of downtown Gatlinburg all the way up to the amazing beauty of the Tuckaleechee Caverns we had the most incredible vacation. We stayed in Always and Forever for our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was unforgettable! Not a single complaint it was everything we hoped for and more. The only complaint we had is that we couldn\'t stay longer!

An absolutely wonderful stay with Summit Cabin Rentals at Always & Forever.. From start to finish they were first class. Crystal made the process most positive. We loved this cabin and all the amenities. The cabin is very secluded and quiet. The owner came in the night before and decorated for Christmas. What a pleasant surprise. Plan to return to this cabin in the spring. Don\'t hesitate to book. Check-in and check-out is by app on phone, along with the other amenities by app. Most impressed by cleanliness, décor and the love the owner has for their property. We stayed at always and for ever on our honeymoon and will probably stay again for one of our anniversaries. It was a perfect distance from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We visited the towns but spent most of our time at the cabin enjoying the scenery and playing pool. It was secluded and made us feel right at home. The amenities were perfect for our needs with a full fridge a dishwasher and a stove. It saved us from having to eat out a lot and have us more time to spend together. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. We made life long memories and had no issues at all during our stay. ;)

Our trip to this beautiful cabin was our honeymoon! We had such a great time. We didn't go into the city that much. We wanted to have total rest and relaxation and this cabin let us do that. We enjoyed having a full kitchen so we could cook and we absolutely loved the hot tub on the deck. We loved the guest book and enjoyed reading about other guests experiences. We learned certain things about the cabin due to those entries. ie the raccoons. We loved the décor! We read that some of the artwork was done by the owner of the cabin. She is very talented. Wish we could have bought one of her pieces or had her paint something for us! We can't wait to come back and yes, we will be back. Thank you so much for an amazing vacation! This was our first time using Summit Cabin Rentals. We were very happy with our stay in the Always and Forever cabin. It was beautifully decorated, clean and the perfect quiet get away. The location is great because you feel secluded but are just minutes away from the strip/parkway in Pigeon Forge. The new kitchen and stone bath were impressive. There are quite a few stairs between the bedroom and main living area so if your physically challenged that might be a problem for you but it's part of the character of the cabin. We loved the online check in/check out convenience. We will definitely use Summit Rentals again!

The cabin was very nice and newly decorated. It was very cozy with a great view. We got to enjoy our first day there until about 11:00 p.m. when the electricity went out because of the ice storm that hit the area. We had no electricity or water nor did it come back on before we had to leave on Wednesday morning. Summit tried to place us in another cabin but there was no electricity there either. We appreciated Joe coming to get us and hiking up the hillside in the snow to help us down to his jeep. We could not get our car out until 4 days later. We were fortunate to have taken out the offered trip insurance. Smartest thing we did. It is worth the extra money. Thank you to the ladies in the office who kept a check on us.

We reserved this cabin for our parents who were coming for a visit for 4 days. It was a beautiful home, well built, well kept and nicely decorated. This home is not like the cracker box quickly built homes you can often get in when renting a cabin in Sevier County....this is a sturdy, well built home, with everything needed for the folks who stay. It is primarily for a couple - one of our guests is very tall,justa big guy and the bed accommodated him very well, he said he was very comfortable. The home has a wooded view with gorgeous windows, the fireplace and jacuzzi were very nice, and so is the hot tub. We found the check in process and check out process to be extremely easy and the staff at Summit to be very accommodating. We had a couple of questions and they were right there with the answer on each account. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We would definitely rent again with Summit Cabin Rentals. Top notch!

We truly enjoyed our stay. We loved the location and the big windows that outline the back of the cabin. We found a few things that were wrong with the cabin but they weren't deal breakers by any means. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace. The staff and owners of the cabin are extremely helpful and they provide a lot of details to you pertaining to your reservation and stay. They are very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay at this cabin again and I will recommend it to friends. Thanks! :)

We absolutely loved our cabin for our anniversary vacation. The pool table and hot tub were perfect for a night in and being pretty much excluded from other cabins was nice too. No complaints whatsoever. The upstairs tv didn't work but we didn't watch much tv. Just for future cabin stayers. Everything was clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed ever!!!! We will be back and thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!
